I have yet to see anyone talking about the University system in America. The most powerful and influential people in America and the rest of the world that matters send their children to the best universities... which are all in America. Nowhere else on Earth is there a greater concentration of high-status, elite persons than in the American University System. It's actually sort of a sophisticated breeding program. People typically date their peers, thus the smartest and most attractive individuals date other intelligent and attractive individuals to produce a "race" of super humans.  I myself am nearly 6 feet tall, 210 pounds of pure strength, 180 IQ, and do not age normally. The father of one girl offered me $2 million to marry his daughter and run his company.
