This isn’t necessarily political theory, this is a consequence of mankind conquering nature and putting natural selection to rest.
For sure women don’t care what political affiliation you lean as long as you are high value but what about surveys and studies that suggest attractive people generally have more conservative views? There is data behind this.
A source/link on your point about China using gene editing would’ve been nice. Gene editing becoming ubiquitous tomorrow wouldn’t change the last 150 years of genetic development of humans - that would affect the future from here on out
