Nah. The West did royally fuck up Africa, that's not "globalist propaganda". That's not to say that Africans today shouldn't be able to overcome whatever structural problems they have.
I would place a lot of the blame on the British in particular, the eternal meddlers. They stirred the pot in the Middle East too, by fucking with Iraq, Afghanistan and then the Balfour Declaration later. They sowed the seeds for a lot of the future conflict.
Why the British in particular? The French and Belgian colonies ended up in much worse shape than the British ones, in general.
The Arabs also deserve more criticism for invading North Africa and most of the Middle East outside of their peninsula homeland. They permanently damaged the culture and society of the region by spreading Islam.
