Everytime a girl flakes I reply with a positive and understanding text. If you put "oh..." or something that implies your angry or sad, etc than it makes you look bad. Not replying at all like kaotic suggests is not a good move imo. The girl will just think "oh this guy is all butthurt", just pretend your not really bothered by the cancellation.
