They should seriously do blatant matchmaking services for members. Parents with a daughter 17-24 should feel more comfortable matching her with a church member anyways. I have no problem hitting on girls 10 years younger than me in public or at a club, but going up to a girl with her parents seems fucking weird. But isn't this how old-school jews would do it? It makes sense.
If you ever go to Catholic mass, you would rarely see single females who are 18-34. At Catholic masses, the congregants are mostly families and the elderly. Occasionally, there is a young couple.
Some Catholic churches have youth groups, and I can't tell if those places are worthwhile for pickup.
I only have my finger slightly on the pulse of what goes in Catholicism because I go to mass about 2-3 times a year when I visit my mom or she visits me.
