I'm not sure how to get girls at church when you're over 25 or so. Last time I was at church yes I saw some nice young tail there, but, it's not like you can just go up to them and start gaming lol. Especially when they're with their family. They occasionally have social gatherings but those are once a month at most. There's season events and stuff where you could. It would take a long time to become a known member.
They should seriously do blatant matchmaking services for members. Parents with a daughter 17-24 should feel more comfortable matching her with a church member anyways. I have no problem hitting on girls 10 years younger than me in public or at a club, but going up to a girl with her parents seems fucking weird. But isn't this how old-school jews would do it? It makes sense.
