Pop a pill to get over it. Try a normal strength viagra just to start with- climb the dose down as you get to know the girl. Get slightly drunk so you are a bit more chill. Spend some time with a girl you actually find attractive, cultivate a 'don't give a fuck' attitude and stay relaxed.
