Bad at Studying in Uni. Want to Quit but have to Fight Parents.

You are being weak, lazy and lack discipline.

If you start a uni course, and your parents are supporting you - then put the fucking effort in and FINISH it.

Stop quitting things in life when the going gets tough.

Did you make the right choice of study course? Maybe, maybe not - but who cares - you made the choice now follow through with it.

You will learn to make better choices if you own the consequence of your actions.

Quitting and changing when it gets hard or uncomfortable is a habit that will lead to a failed life, drop that habit now.

JUST DO IT.

Ouch.

You're right in many ways, but the problem is that this is purely a thing of willpower and mental energy, not discussion or creative intellect. I can't just magically get these things from out of nowhere.

To be honest, I'm still in uni even though I've already failed a few units and repeated them to pass them. Think I've shown more than enough resolve there. Although I'd prefer not to fucking fail anything at all if possible.

My parents are supporting me in the sense that they're letting me live at home with them, but they don't intend to repay the uni debt. It was an absolutely horrible decision for me to make to go to uni. I only made it when I was 17 and wanted to please them and the people in my surroundings. I had no idea of what the world is actually like or what I truly wanted to do in the future.
