Anything serious I am heading back to USA. Any 1st world country will do but I feel when one is going to be in hospital , one wants doctors who speak 100% their own language as well as support staff. Also tv in English to watch so don't get bored. I hear Israel has the best btw!

I've had world class medical care in Ukraine multiple times. I've had broken teeth fixed, parasites treated, etc.
These places are oozing with private clinics that want your money. I can't comment on if they can treat something serious like cancer, but for average shit, I was well taken care of.
