I'm getting the same experience in Toronto. Recruiters don't have a lot of Saas sdr jobs on hand. I've only been contacted by recruiters for 2 jobs and they both were internally filled or had an hour commute. I'm having better luck searching on my own actually. But the current job market right now doesn't seem to be good.
