Have you tried experimenting with not taking each of the supplements to isolate the effects? Or do you know all are impactful?
My impression: Magnesium is a total game changer, if you're deficient(from what I read, 80% of people are), it's critical to fix that. It's one of the most important minerals. I imagine without it, you'd have a whole host of health issues related to magnesium deficiency. Melatonin is also powerful too, so if you need it to fix your cycle it's pretty helpful.
I don't know about the other two.
