1000 Cals a day, mixed with a 20 hour fast as I only eat those 1000 cals in a four hour window.
2 meals, carbs for breakfast, no carbs for dinner (lean meat and veg)
Weights and running ok
7 kilos or 15 pounds in 4 weeks.
Very efficient because its combining the keto, with fasting I think.
