I’m almost 38 and just lie and say I’m 30 or 28. The thing is I look and act that age so it’s easy to own it. Girls never question me about it. I still dress “young” and still listen to all the same music and pop culture shit they do. Very easy to be congruent that way.

The beard as long as it’s not gray either makes it even easier to conceal the age as beards make almost every guy look older so they never know who’s who and what’s what.
