The problem today is that, even if your immediate boss is a man, the HR department will almost certainly be stacked with women.
And this comes with set of problems as we all know. They are:
-Not entirely logical, emotionally driven;
-Keen to get ahead (to prove that they are strong, independent wimmin) so will take any opportunity to score brownie points. Minor infractions can and do get pounced upon. Got a mortgage? Family to support? Don't care. You just assumed my gender, which is harassment;
-Generally unpleasant characters. I suppose that you can't be the sort of person who doesn't dwell on the consequences of redundancies, disciplinary action and dismissals without being an all-round turd.
Yet another reason why men should strive to have their own business, work for themselves, or at least have another income.
