Well, as strange as this sounds my back started getting out of proportion with the rest of me. My back packs on mass very easily and I wanted to shift some of the emphasis back on my arms and chest (which weighted chins surprisingly activate).

Good choice of exercises! Besides deadlifts, and rack pulls bent over rows and chins are all I do too. Definitely switch in chins for bicep curls. Builds bigger and more aesthetic arms in my opinion.

That makes sense. I'm very extremities dominant in that regard. I have to really destroy my back to make it grow but if I start curling a few times a week my arms get weird.

Lately I've been focusing more on my back and less on the gunz. I want that cape thing to start happening where all my shirts fit like capes.
