If someone accused you of being an alien invader, how would you react? You would not go for a strong denial, you would not just laugh it off and say nothing. Do the same here. She’s probably slightly suspicious but doesn’t think seriously that you are cheating (otherwise, be sure that she would not be joking about it). Only if she confronts you seriously should you answer that you would never do it, you love her etc... and deny everything.
That being said, be especially careful now that she is suspicious. It would be nice to lull her suspicions in some way. Call her at 11 pm when you’re away or something.
