I've been working on getting a more defined chest and I'm adding 8 (you read that right) new lower chest exercises to my weekly routine to get the definition in my chest I've been looking for. I had no idea doing dip exercises was a variation of decline chest press, of course, it has to be done a certain way to maximize lower chest potential, enjoy!

I like Cavaliere, but this is like spot reduction. Mostly nonsense. The way muscles lay is largely (98%) genetic. You just get your morphology. Sorry to break it to you. It's sorta like how high the nipple is, or how big it is. Like women's titties, you can tighten it up a bit (or enlarge the muscle) but if you have shitty pecs or tits, you have shitty pecs or tits.
