Update: I think this is just how she is physically. Came right over to my place for date 2 with no resistance. I got further than closed-mouth kissing this time, but again she was immobile with her hands/body, and no sounds at all to show what she likes (seriously the only chick who doesn't moan at my moves). But when I was on top of her on the couch, she said "let's move this to your bed". So she definitely seemed interested in escalating, but she just doesn't seem to have any physical ability to do it herself. I guess she just wants to lie there and take it.
