Roosh had a bit in Bang where he said that hooking your elbow out would instinctively cause most women to take your arm. I've found this to be true, just about every woman I've offered my arm to has taken it without a word. It provides some easy kino, escalating without effort, and it sets up a subtle dom-sub feeling to the situation, oiling her up to be escalated further.
One hint: walk slowly. You don't want to drag her, and you want to remain steady if she tries to drag you.
