People here may argue about semantics and specific situations, but 9 times out of 10 envy is a toxic emotion, much different from desiring
or respecting something someone else has. I can feel it sometimes but always try to avoid this 'hater mentality'.
What's even worse is that this type of feeling can be quite contagious.
The more time spent among attention whores and bitchy narcissists who are full of envy, the more you start internalizing their toxic mental framework which can be a powerful force pulling you down.

Someone deeply respected by his family and peers, highly persuasive and able to call out sophist dogma while being taken seriously
