1) As posted somewhere else, the doors are designed to close. automatically and cannot be left open. Also witnesses heard her knocking
2) This is an incredibly small amount of marijuana to be "dealing". Fucking nobody would bother scrambling to hide the dope with that small amount, let alone "leave the door ajar"
3) There is also zero evidence they did not search the entire apartment, so I dont think you can assume either way
4) Doesnt matter what she commanded she had no authority to command. He could have shot her on the spot and if he were white would probably get off
