@ Suits unrelated to the topic in this thread but the whole idea of "innocent until proven guilty" is unfortunately dead and gone in the US. Check out "the confession tapes" on Netflix. Dudes losing decades of their lives due to being vilified in the media and hounded by cops before a trial has even started.
