Albania is very safe and civilized.
But if you want trouble you will find trouble very easily.
Never disrespect anyone, especially hitting on girls that are with guys. Never pretend to be the alpha in a club or bar, you won't last long.
We dress well, we are all athletic and almost all Albanian guys play a sport. Mostly soccer
Make some friends and you will have the time of your life there!
