Weight training with Jeff Cavaliere

Jason Blaha fucking sucks.

I can't say enough bad about him.

The guy lived on the fucking dole for years in the UK.

He also claimed to be a lot of military things that he is most definitely not. If you don't believe me, look up Jason Blaha stolen valor on youtube. If not, I'll post it later, on my phone. Maybe it's "Jason Blaha exposed" I can not remember at the moment.

I know for a fact that Jason Blaha lives off youtube views now (in spite of the demonitization). Do not sponsor him. If you respect yourself as a man, do not watch his videos.

I have no idea who this Jeff Cavaliere guy is but I'll look him up.

As far as badass fitness personalities on youtube, I can't recommend Eric Bugenhagen enough. The guy is strong as fuck. Everything he talks about sounds crazy but you look up the studies and find out that he did his homework, he simply delivers his content in an entertaining and ballistic way.

Alphadestiny is great too. I don't much care for his style, but the man is extremely strong and he believes in some off-the-beaten-path theories like nucleus overload.

To that credit, I must give it to Team 3D Alpha. The man has some interesting videos and some interesting theories. He came up with the nucleus overload theory (look it up) and his channel is basically all about training every day. Hitting the bodypart you want with very light weight very hard for two months, take a month or two off, and then resume training. The theory is that the nuclei in the muscle cells multiply with the high volume and low intensity. Once you resume normal training, the muscle group grows immensely. Alphadestiny talks about how he did pushups and pullups for years and what blew up with weight training for him what his traps, forearms, lats, and pecs. One of my buddies has worked shitty manual labor jobs his whole life, he deadlifted 350 lbs the first time he performed the lift.

Not really youtube related, but Jamie Lewis of chaosandpain.blogspot has been churning out some great articles lately. Real quality content if you can stand the gore/porn.
