I think it's a skill like any other. The dancing analogy is on-point. It requires a certain amount of physical coordination as well as a keen awareness of where the guy is on the sexual response scale. You'd think women know body language but they tend to be really bad at this. How many times have they not even realized you've cum in them, for instance, only to matter-of-factly ASK (which I find to be a terrible way to end a session). I just think most women expect to allow their eyes to roll back and just let things happen to them passively and not really concern themselves with the guy, or if they are giving a hj or bj they think applying some singular technique with no variance in speed, pressure, etc... is sufficient.
