I suggested that those cravings would go away. They don't even exist to me anymore. I eat one meal a day (kinda a large meal, for me) then I'm done. I used to have snacks and silly things right before my eating window closed, but I don't even do that now. I eat my food, and I eat a lot, by my standards, but I'm not a huge guy. So, once that's over, it's over. I quit eating sugar... That was kind of a big thing. I won't eat it anymore. It's poison.
