I have read a lot of "theory" on game and watched some stuff from RSD (mostly todd), but as far as going out and hitting women up for numbers I have never done that. My issue is I really don't know anyone who's even remotely versed in game. Probably a dumb excuse and I should just say fuck it and go out but like you said I won't get decent results if I'm not getting feedback from someone.

Read up Roosh's Game books - Bang and Day Bang. Then read Nick Krauser's rookie products. Then you got the indirect Game and direct Day Game covered. Both are useful - the way to ask about the nearest pet shop or the one where you go full frontal telling her that you like the way she looks like a cute hamster.

If you share your city, then stick around here longer, you might be able to meet up with someone who lives near you. Otherwise it's better to get the theory down first - the materials I mentioned just increase your learning curve without having to go through hundreds of rejections. If you are naturally good-looking, then it will be easier anyway. Cutting some more might help as well:
