Argentine women in general are of normal beauty, and not that difficult to bed, relatively speaking and comparing to European women. They are just, in general, of average beauty and difficulty to bed, from a European or even US point of view.
As to OP, with the luxury setting (apartment in Puerto Madero probably, or is it Palermo?) he has all the tools and chances at his disposal, to score. He won't need maids or references to rich father or mother, but hey, sure he could bait not-so-smart models with a modeling job opportunity (that might be true), why not.
