Buy an organic, unflavoured protein shake, grass fed, hormone free and drink it after hardcore workouts and also if you have to hurry in the morning make a quick healthy smoothie with organic protein powder.
It takes 3 minutes to make.

cool, thanks. but do protein shakes keep me lean? i seem to be getting mixed responses. it appears to me that protein shakes are for dudes who lift heavy and want to get big and bulk... if so, that's not what i'm looking for.
