Am I to understand she is acting like this, in this picture, by giving double middle finger to the locals?
If I was in that situation in another country, I wouldn't dare do such a thing. One time at my local area I accidently messed up and couldn't get out of the way for someone else in time. I profusely appologized for being in the way.
Its a wonder she didn't get a beating on the beach.
