Our airlines have no beauty standards like some middle east / east asian / SEA airlines. We also reward older flight attendants with the bigger, more interesting flights since they "paid their dues" so to speak.
True story. In Europe works otherwise, even in low cost airlines there are superb chicks. TAP for instance may have many problems, but theirs hostesses are certainly not one. In some flights I've seen 7/8/9 busty chicks with only 20 or 22 years old
