I've been to both cities and I'd say it is the same.
Davao is too fucking huge. Prepare to spend a lot on taxis. If there was no wakeboarding park I wouldn't probably even go there. The park was really cool though. 400 peso ($10) for the whole day of fun.

If you go to the wakeboarding park in Davao, say hi to the guys from a dude who broke a leg there last November [Image: smile.gif]
