From my experience in Russia and through Ukrainians I've dated in London, you've got to show that you're worth your weight in gold for them to take you seriously, that means being a man, taking charge with the attributes of a provider, especially as you're looking for LTR.
The trip reports are probably accurate for guys with no game/little Russian who end up on the dating carousel of dinners and nothing else. Only real thing in your favour is that you're of Polish descent, that's if you speak Polish and are in the West of Ukraine.
