I'd pick the Philippines for a number of reasons.
1) Weather is a million times better
2) Countless beach destinations an hour away
3) English
4) The women treat you well - yes of course there are scammers but overall Filipinas are a hell of a lot friendlier than EE girls that have mega bitch shields up most of the time.
Also the guy that said ONS are hard in the Phils... that has not been my experience.
The women in Ukraine are probably hotter on average, but looks aren't everything.
