My best friend is Czech and a big time baller. So I probably had a different experience than most people from here when they went.
We were there for a week and I didn't sleep alone one night.
As you seem to be the only success history in Prague could you write a small data sheet with tips and places to go? I may be there next month.
I also have a friend who lives in Prague but he is not Czech and don't speak Czech, so i believe he would not be of much help. He is also married, so he is likely clueless.
Frankly, we didn't go out "clubbing" very much, as he has an enormous social circle there. Most of the time was spent at house parties, but there were multiple parties every night of the week. Could've been because he had returned home and everyone was happy to see him. But I got the feeling that it was always like that. This was 8 years ago, too, so I don't know how useful it would be.
I spent most of my time just being led around by my friend and constantly fucked up. Lots of drugs. Vodka shots for breakfast... Beer all day. Back to the hotel for a short nap, then head out again for the night. We saw the sun rise almost every day there-still partying. I don't speak Czech either, so I was "out of the loop" most of the time, but generally as the night went on and the girls became more comfortable with me, they would come over and try to practice their English. It also seemed like there were almost always more girls than guys at these parties. There was always hash and coke, which seemed strange to me, but no one else thought anything about it. Their drug use was rampant... It was all very surprising to me.
I wonder if you can try to pipeline a wingman that speaks Czech and English. Are you going for work? Maybe a workmate or someone?
Tourism in Europe. I'm only considering Prague as one destination because of this friend but no bang is a big let down. His social circle is mostly other foreigners.
Regarding the drugs it looks like all house parties i've been in Europe, looks like it will get to the point where it is socially normal.
