Well anyway in your profile it says you live in Hong Kong, I don't what the laws are like there, but in most of the states your actions wouldn't even warrant a misdemeanor. If you told the judge the drunk dbag broke your mirror and tried to pick up a fight with you, your actions would 99% likely be regarded as self defense, since you claim to be a winner you would have hired a bad ass lawyer while at it too.
