This really depends on where you live.
Bookstores, grocery stores (Whole Foods is good), that trendy area of town with lots of boutiques and cafes (like speakeasy mentioned), public transportation, downtown areas where lots of ppl walk around, near or on college campuses.
Just pay attention as you go about your everyday mundane activities and approach the attractive woman you see.
Also as a general rule of thumb: the "nicer" the part of town you are in, the more hot vag there is. Slightly alter your daily routine so that you are naturally in more place where u will find attractive woman. For example, when I lived in a suburb of Dallas, I could drive 8 mins to the Wal Mart in the poorer part of town full of overweight Mexican ladies or drive 13 mins to the brand new Wal Mart in the upscale part of town.
