I haven't been to Bed it's self but I've never heard that. Farangs, rich thais...yes but never heard of it being a pro place. I'll go at some point and confirm. The other high end places (Narz, Muse and another place I forget the name of) I've been did not have pro's in so I assumed they were all the same.
