I think most city police would confirm this, but cop-hating urban hipster liberals call the police more than anyone and for any little thing. Because they're so weak and insecure, they don't have the ability to resolve most interpersonal conflicts or problems on their own, so they lean on the police and other authority figures to do it for them.
