You can access it by clicking on the heart icon at the bottom, then following on top and then you have to scroll through to actually find it.
Oh wow, didn't even know this kind of feed existed. Well in conjunction with this service that definitely wouldn't be a good look to your existing followers.
I don't think anybody uses that, plus its all spaced out, so over an hour you maybe followed like 8 people, and its easily explanable. You could just say they came up on your explore tab or friend suggestions
