If you are talking about up club/bar settings, sure black men have the advantage but it really depends on your looks and the disparity is minor. But when it comes to marrying or getting into a long term relationship with quality/educated white girls from middle/ upper class, Asian men will do far better. It ain't that easy in Germany whether you are black or Asian, Germans are one of the most risk adverse groups of people I've seen, you will always be in their gray area. But you will do fine, if you are a white dude from other western countries.
