Just a quick question on intermittent fasting before we go back to the OP - do you eat a day's amount of calories in the eight-hour window, or do you eat breakfast and lunch's calories, minus dinner, in the eight-hour window? I don't have regular access to a scale, so I don't know if my two big meals are too big.
