Thanks a lot for the report dude ! This is exactly what I was hoping. My family has a small house nearby, in a village called ''Vinkuran'', which I will be trying to sell as fast as possible during the month of May / beginning of June. Unfortunately, it's unlikely I will be around for the festivals you mentioned. I will have a car which at least mean that during my time there, I will easily be able to move around.
