Triceps extensions (rings) 3x12
Pistol Squat 2x3, 1x2, 1x1

B
Crow stand hold (almost straight arms) 6x10s
Dips (rings) 4x3
L sit pull ups (rings) 4x3
Biceps curl (rings) 3x12
Trapezius dips (parallel bars) 3x15
Neck curls 1x30 each side
