There's already a well-established thread on the RVF forum dedicated to discussing the merits of practicing no-fap, but I feel very strongly that this one issue is so significant that it warrants its own thread: the phenomenal effects that many men have reported whilst engaging in abstinence from masturbation, including myself, especially in terms of generating female attention. These effects, at least in my own case, have mostly taken the form of extremely strong IOIs from random women on the street but have also included a heightened receptivity of women to being approached.
Since I hit day nine of my no-fap journey, I went from invisible in the eyes of women to suddenly being noticed, with women casting me discreet but still noticeable side glances at first. Not only this, but the couple of women that I did approach who'd I'd noticed doing this were extremely receptive to my indirect approach, but ultimately conceded that they had boyfriends, even though they'd been on the verge of giving me their phone numbers. This phenomenon is in stark contrast to how women had behaved for the first six months of my time in Leipzig, i.e., by rolling their eyes if they noticed me making eye-contact with them and looking visibly pissed off, or otherwise flicking their heads away quickly if I glanced at them as if they were trying to clear their hair of wasps. This was pretty much the same experience that I'd had with British women on the street, so it's something I'd already come to expect from women in the Western hemisphere.
But in the last few days, these IOIs have been getting stronger and much more obvious. Feeling extremely horny after having ramped up my zinc this morning and registering day 28 of no-fap, we just stare into each others' eyes for what seems like an eternity, but which was probably around 4 or 5 seconds. I could truly cut the sexual tension with a knife and she ended up biting on her bottom lip as I was doing this. I also had other girls checking me out in the same supermarket, girls giving me long stares down the aisles. The cherry on the cake came when I was at the checkout and a MILF carrying a leopard-skin bag and kitted out in denims kept glancing up as she was putting her shopping into her bag and smiling directly into my eyes. I look around me to check she wasn't perhaps smiling to somebody she knew behind me, but there's just this woman who seems totally oblivious to what's taking place. This all happened in the past half-hour or so and I feel like either I've truly lost the plot and ended up in la-la land or this no-fap is some potent shit that really is still far too much under the radar on this forum and elsehwhere.
If there is one thing that has transformed the attention I get from women it is no-fap and I've tried a boatland of things: working out, dressing better, nootropic stacks, different types of openers and venues, but no-fap takes the cake by an insane margin. It's so potent in terms of the positive attention you'll receive from random women, you'll think you've crossed the rubicon of sanity. As I'm writing this I can hardly believe what I've just experienced in the last few hours, it's that mental, it's that intense. I feel like wherever I go now, I'm a casino.
Aside from the benefits of vastly increased female attention, the benefits to other areas of your life, such as vastly increased energy, improved cognitive ability and confidence are also worthy of their own threads, but I don't have the time to do that here.
You guys really need to get with no-fap programme, especially those amongst you who are struggling to get IOIs and positive responses from approaching women. It's been nothing less than a game-changer for me. As for any guys that have experienced these results for themselves, it would be good to read more about them here.
