I stopped with the racetams a couple months ago, but would consider taking them again. I noticed better retention of information and cognitive clarity when I was taking Aniracetam every day.
As a side note, fish oil/b-vitamins will also help with increasing dream clarity and ability to lucid dream. Makes for another added benefit.
