Not exactly my social circle, but while doing the paperwork on a new car the salesman says out of the blue: "Well, I expect business all over is going to pick up after the first of the year, now that Trump is coming in to office."
There was still a bit of that Roman-Christians-drawing-the-icthys feel to it, or like he was testing me to gauge my position, but not as much as before the election - when he probably wouldn't have dared bring it up unprompted with a customer.
There aren't any Hillary voters in my social circle. What there are are several die-hard big-L Libertarians and one hard-line Republican who were flaming neverTrumpers. The former all fluffed themselves constantly over their moral superiority in voting for Johnson and McMuffin, but since the election have gone back almost instantly to their normal behavior. The latter (more an acquaintance) fell off the wagon over it and I haven't heard anything of him since election day. All the others were either silent on the issue (Trump supporters), or mumble-grumbled resentfully about the election and the choices available exactly as they would have with any other candidate (Trump voters).
Most of the other Libertarians and Republicans I know have come out in favor of Trump post-election, especially since the nominations began rolling out. It's like the sun is coming out and everyone's perking up.
