Here's my 2 centavos. I've been living in DF for 3 months now as an exchange student at UNAM. And it was very interesting for me to read the other people's opinion on the place and the women, and yea I for the most part agree with what's been said
- Only 10% of women are proper hot, with good bodies and faces (they can be of any shade). Another 10%, and that's where I seem to end up a lot, seem cute and bangable until you undress them and turns out they have kind of a strange body that doesn't do much for me. It's often hard to tell well before seeing them naked because they tend to cover up and dress conservatively. By the way, these percentages are the same even in younger circles, like university where I only see about 10-15% good material provided they are all between 18-23 age, and I'm in my thirties and I like latinas a lot. I'm hoping the North is better as you, guys, say, I'll be going there in December and January.
- Online Dating (and I havent even tried Tinder yet), my experience so far is okc and pof and a bit of badoo but for some reason my profile keeps getting blocked on that last one and I don't get it why. Provided that Mexico City is the third largest city in the world it is astounding how few women are there on online dating sites. It really isn't a thing here. Nonetheless, from the few there are the response rates are extremely high. Mexican women are generally very curious about foreigners, but here's the trick (and I think it can be said about all Latin America) curiosity doesn't necessarily translate into that they wanna bang you. Many are naive and used to the whole friendship, beta-orbiter narrative and when you try to flirt with them and act more direct with them they freeze up in shock. Even the few who do online dating don't get how it works, and are quite conservative sexually, even if they kiss on first date they still won't be open to bed down until more meetings have happened, same goes if you met them in real life, though. Unlike colombianas, mexicanas are way behind in the sexual liberation front, they also dress more boringly, less revealing, hell I'm still looking for one who likes wearing thongs. The quality online is quite low but then again so is the general quality outside, and the few ok-looking ones are willing to meet easily but the problem is I don't like wasting my time on lame dates so I like to vet my dates before I meet them by chatting to them and trying to see their vibe. which is where I find out that, just like anywhere else, most are pretty dull, boring, or overly capricious so I end up not meeting most if I sense they'd just waste my precious time and money. Maybe the problem with me is that I speak perfect Spanish so when chatting to them on Whatsapp they forget or don;t feel the foreignness of me as much. It's quite common they'll be chatty one moment and suddenly become untalkative the next for no apparent reason. If, however, you aren't like me and you just wanna go out and meet someone coz you are bored they are generally willing to meet without problem, as long as it's the weekend, they always work and and until very late, too. during the week they have no lives whatsoever. And since DF is huge and she probably lives on the other end of the city, logistics are just too hard to meet midweek. Nonetheless, I use online when it's quiet and there aren't upcoming parties.
-The top 10% of women in their vast majority from what I see on the street tend to be already claimed by some Mexican dude. True I haven't been to Polanco, I'm on a budget, unlike everyone else here it seems, haha, and for me if I have to go out and spend the same as I would in Toronto then what's the point of being in Mexico. Plus I imagine the top quality ones aren't that friendly either as they also have the most options. They'll surely be more curious and friendlier than northamerican women but if she is of money she will expect to meet someone with money, too. Hell, actually most of them here seem to have very busy careers so they probably expect to be wined and dined by someone of a similar situation. The rest will be quite happy just to be with a foreigner, even if he ain't rich, and that's where Mexico shines they have the best personalities ever. Once a Mexican woman sleeps with you she is basically in love and will wash you, cook for you, massage you, treat you like royalty, the problem is while all that makes me feel great and comfy and even bad for not being able to respond to them the same way. It's just that I'm picky about body shape and so far I have been mostly disappointed. Somehow I ended up with a harem that I didn't wanna hang out with, so I had to hide and be kind of a jerk and ignore them. Yet at the same time, I'm still frustrated because the highest quality escapes me for the moment, haha, that's the weirdness of Mexico.
- as for day game, that's where I'd like some advice or if anyone is willing to meetup and explore the field I'll be happy to join. I see people talking about day game here but I personally don't see any cute chicks just hanging about on the street doing nothing, occasionally you see one or other who is rushing somewhere opposite direction. Maybe it's because I don't drink coffee and don't hang out at coffeeshops. I suppose that's the hunting ground?
