It really depends "where" in the USA and the type of angle of your approach. I know me and my boys would use the Washington DC area as "practice" then go cause havoc in places like Southern Jersey, Delaware, Mid-Pennsylvania...basically anyplace that you go "goo goo gaa gaa" for some black men with a little "coin"...since in many of those areas, the "local guys" did not have the education, job/career nor the money that we had.
