I too was banned twice from Date in Asia, the second time immediately after creating my profile (with a different picture, different birthday, username, "real" name, different computer that had never visited the site, and also from a different internet network that had never visited the site) and sending my first message.
To my knowledge, I did not violate any of their rules. I was thinking that I was initially banned because someone reported me because they got mad that I did not respond to their messages. I have heard that all it takes to get banned is one user reporting you.
Another possibility was that I was banned because my first message to every single girl was me asking for their whatsapp number. I know that DIA makes money off of people logging in and using their website, so perhaps they didn't like that I was going to be using whatsapp to talk to the girls rather than their website, thus costing them money.
Still not sure how they figured out it was me when I made my second account, and it seems the only possible way they knew was with facial recognition software, although my two pictures did look quite different from each other, so maybe there was another way that I am not considering. When I registered my first account, they didn't require a phone number, but they did for the second account, and maybe they were able to determine my real information with my phone number I gave.
